I organise images in a Photos folder and then into subfolders within this. The issue is that the photo viewer does not show them all; it does not show in the viewer the content of some folders, and I do not know why.

business user of many years, just starting with the viewer

Hi @AussieFred, let's jump right into this!

You mentioned the photo viewer. Are you referring to the Photos tab online, by any chance?

If not, feel free to let me know more.

If however, you're referring to the Photos tab online, have you tried using a different browser, or an incognito tab, just to check if this is a browser-specific issue?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Yes, I was referring to the Photos tab online, and it doesn't work well under Firefox.

Move over to Safari and it works. Unfortunately, it's a little slow, but it works.

@AussieFred, feel free to clear the cache of your Firefox browser, and also check for any pending updates to be installed.

Restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins may also be a good idea. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
