Can't open a shared link - link doesn't work

I’ve been sent a link by someone to open something on Dropbox however whenever I go into it it won’t work. What can I do to fix it?

Yeah whenever I click into it an error just shows up on the screen

What kind of error are you getting, @ASHY, can you send us a screenshot so we can take a look?
