Hi there @Dyan Bailey - thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!

I'm not quite sure to what you're referring to exactly; could you elaborate a tad or send us a screenshot of what's troubling you to make sure we're on the same page?

Thanks!

Sorry for the vagueness. We want to know if there is a converting option withinDropbox where you can save or create proxy files from files you have uploaded. As far as i can tell, it would be setting up an automation on the folder you were uploading to that automatically converts the file - but I'm not seeing anywhere within the settings that lets me change the size and aspect ratios. So i was wondering if there was a way to do that within dropbox or if we would would need to create proxy files in another program.

I see, thanks for clarifying that for me @Dyan Bailey

I'm afraid this isn't an option at this time, but you can post your thoughts as a feature request in our Share an Idea area if you like, using these tips.

In the meantime, you can check the available automation options for converting files here
